
How to reserve an
item that’s on loan or request an item from another UCOL campus
- Follow the instructions provided on the screen
- Re-enter your Staff/Student ID, and click ‘Submit’
- You will be told that the request was successful (*if your request is unsuccessful contact Library staff)
- Don't forget you are still logged in. Click on Log Out (top right of the screen) when you are finished
- You will be notified by email when the item is ready to collect from the library
